Mariano Marmolejo is a core member of the People & Organization practice area at Boston Consulting Group. Over the course of his consulting career, Mariano has worked mainly in the consumer, financial services, and industrial goods industries on transformation, strategy, and organization/target operating model engagements. He has worked with clients both in Europe and Latin America.

Prior to joining BCG, Mariano worked at Oliver Wyman for seven years, supporting strategy, transformation, finance, and risk engagements.
