Marie Françoise Damesin is an Executive Coach and Senior Advisor with Boston Consulting Group. Her 40-year career in the service and automotive industry included several global roles. She has a strong background in human resources and experience in business transformation, digital, communication, and ESG (environmental, social, governance) as well as specific international experience in Asia (Japan, China, and Korea), Latin America, India, and Russia.

Her most recent positions were Member of the Executive Committee from 2011 to 2018 as EVP HR for Renault and EVP Human resources for Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance. Marie Françoise has been a key leader in the transformation of units to digital and agile at scale in a build-operate-transfer mode. She has also achieved significant success in driving organizational and cultural change, increasing talent diversity and employee engagement, and leading negotiations with unions and achieving a peaceful social climate.

In her time at BCG, Marie Françoise has supported various transformation projects. She recently coached C-suite clients in a major agile at scale transformation, on the team and individual levels. She is committed to helping the executive team accelerate the transformation and growth of the business by adapting their leadership style. She coaches in both French and English. Marie Françoise is a BCG-certified coach. She sits on the board of Applus +, a global listed company in the testing, inspection, and certification industry, as well as the boards of a family business and a nonprofit foundation.
