Mario Gonsalves is a core member of the Public Sector and Industrial Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group. He worked out of the Philadelphia office from January 2014 to December 2014 as part of the BCG’s Ambassador program, and in South Africa from June 2012 to April 2013. 

Mario has deep expertise in large-scale transformation, growth strategy, go-to-market, and LEAN. He has led major transformation projects in public sector infrastructure, including airports, roads, and shipping. He has also worked with industrial goods companies on defining strategies and driving operations excellence in mining, cement, iron ore, refractories, and agri-inputs. 

Before joining the firm, he was an associated with Siemens India Ltd. where he marketed and executed power distribution projects in the paper, food, and water industries.
