Marion Graizon is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Marketing, Sales & Pricing (MSP) practices with a focus on customer experience topics.

Since joining BCG in 2015, Marion has gained experience in offer and customer journey design, digital and AI transformations, and omnichannel strategies. In addition, she has developed expertise in B2C media including advertising topics. She is the global lead for customer experience in TMT and customer experience in financial institutions for Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.

Prior to joining BCG, Marion was a consultant at Stratorg, a strategy consulting firm based in Paris.
