Mark Abraham leads Boston Consulting Group's Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice globally. He founded BCG’s personalization business and built it into an integrated team with thousands of agile marketers, data scientists, engineers, and marketing tech experts. He has professional experience across Europe, North America, and Asia.
Mark’s passion is bringing together disparate capabilities across different parts of an organization to drive innovation and results. It is how he and his team have accelerated the personalization efforts of more than a hundred iconic brands across retail, health care, automotive, fashion, technology, media, and financial services, and built some of BCG’s largest AI platforms, including Fabriq for personalization and BCG X's Agentic Library.
Mark coauthored the book Personalized: Customer Strategy in the Age of AI, which helps executives learn how to put personalization at the center of their strategy, accelerate growth, and capture their share of the $2 trillion personalization prize.
