Martin Elxnath is a lead member of Boston Consulting Group's Energy practice, and leads the firm's commodities optimization and trading network in the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) region. He works across the entire commodities value chain, with a focus on commercialization, optimization, and trading across industries, predominantly in energy and metals and mining.
Martin has led engagements throughout Europe, North America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Since joining BCG in 2015, he has focused on clients in the energy and industrial goods sectors, covering functional topics such as corporate and portfolio strategy, commodity sales/marketing/trading and value chain optimization, sustainability, governance, organization and operating model design, and large-scale transformations, including carveouts.
