Martín Meninato is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Financial Institutions practices in Latin America. Since joining BCG in 2016, he has focused on operations, organization, sustainability, and social impact topics.

Martín has participated in engagements covering organizational structure, design of operational models, operations, corporate strategy, and productivity improvement, mainly in the industrial goods and financial services industries in countries including Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. He is also a volunteer at Endeavor Chile.

Prior to joining the firm, Martín worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and a project director at Matrix Consulting.
