Masahide Ohira has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2001. He is a core member of the firm’s Energy, Financial Institutions, Operations, and People and Organization practice areas. Masahide has worked primarily with clients in the energy, financial services, and industrial goods sectors.

Masahide has worked with clients on cost reduction, procurement strategy, operational efficiency and effectiveness, profitability improvement, sales reform, mid- to long-term strategy, new business strategy, globalization, and IoT/digital strategy.

Before he joined the firm, Masahide worked for the Tokyo Gas Company.
