Masahide Ohira has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2001. He has worked primarily with clients in energy, financial services, and industrial goods.

Masahide specializes in cost reduction, procurement strategy, operational efficiency and effectiveness, profitability improvement, sales reform, mid- to long-term strategy, new business strategy, globalization, and IoT/digital strategy.

Before he joined the firm, Masahide worked for the Tokyo Gas Company.
