Matt Freiman joined Boston Consulting Group in April of 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience advising and working at financial institutions. Matt has expertise in bank-wide transformations and post-merger integrations. He is a leading member of BCG’s Financial Institutions practice, with deep expertise in risk and commercial banking.
Before joining the firm, Matt worked at SVB in several roles, including head of transformation and CAO of the private bank, joining three months prior to its collapse. Before that he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, an Associate at Onex and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
