Matthieu Schmitt is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice. Since joining BCG in 2012, he has led over 30 engagements for global industrial goods clients in the US, UK, France, and Germany. He approaches strategy definition by looking at revenue growth and driving top quartile TSR value.

He has a particular focus on turnaround/restructuring projects, transforming all aspects of the business, including pricing, go-to-market strategy, supply chain, manufacturing and distribution networks, G&A rightsizing, and working capital management. He has conducted due diligence in the power, aviation, and consumer goods spaces.
