Max Holz is an expert in net revenue management in the consumer industry, including consumer packaged goods, fashion and luxury, and services. He is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Consumer practices. Max has consulted with leading consumer products companies on promotion optimization (including 'Next-Gen' use cases), pricing and pack architecture, localized pricing, mix management, governance and compliance, dashboards and reporting, and trade terms management. In addition, he led the optimization of a major beverage manufacturer's distribution processes across its independent retail outlets.

Earlier in his BCG career, Max also worked on multiple due diligences in green energy, large capex management, due diligence, PMI, improvement plans, and synergy assessment for utilities.
