Melanie is a certified executive coach and helps executives at critical points of transition establish strong strategic and leadership platforms. She leads a team focused on developing the executive’s strategic priorities, leadership roadmaps, and board engagement plans. She also leads BCG thought leadership projects on CEO and board topics.
Melanie started her career in health economics research at the Massachusetts General Hospital, and previously worked at EY, where she focused on due diligence and life sciences work.
