Michael Dahle joined the Munich office of Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He transferred to Switzerland and founded the Geneva office in 2011. Since joining the firm, Michael’s work has focused on industrial goods--in particular engineered products and automotive.

Michael is a core member of the Swiss Industrial Goods leadership team. He has broad experience in large-scale transformations, performance improvement programs, and digitization of sales and service.

Michael co-leads BCG's global competence center for services in engineered products, which covers topics such as digital service transformation, unlocking full commercial potential in service, service organization design, and service operations. During his time at BCG he was seconded for one year to head the Global Service Business Unit of an engineered products company.
