Mike Finley is an Executive Coach and Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group. His career in operations and consulting has spanned geographies and been focused on industrial goods and the public sector. In addition, he had a distinguished career as a Rear Admiral in the US Navy.

Mike has coached numerous executives in the private sector, military, and government, typically focusing on building the leadership capabilities required to advance and succeed in positions of great responsibility and complexity. He has special expertise in helping executives operate in new environments while rapidly establishing a track record of personal and organizational success. Mike has led, advised, and coached significant organizational transformations in both corporations and government.

Prior to working for BCG, Mike was a partner at the consulting firms of PRTM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and led PRTMs Government, Aerospace, and Defense practice. Before his consulting career, Mike was a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy and a member of the Navy’s Acquisition Professional Community. He was the head of US Navy Policy for Supply, Transportation, and Ordnance, and led both the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Center and Navy Weapons Systems Support Center.
