Michael Fraser joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. He is a member of DigitalBCG and the Technology Advantage practice. Michael is an expert on digital transformation. He works in multiple industries, and with all of BCG's digital business lines. His digital transformation focus is on managing the complexity of a digital program, innovation, new business build, customer journey, and scaling new ways of working. He has a particular interest in digitizing the core. 

Michael’s client work covers B2B and B2C industries, including automotive and mobility, telecommunications, biopharma, and entertainment. At BCG, Michael has spent significant time working in North America (US, Mexico), South America (primarily Brazil), Asia (primarily China), and Australia. 

Before he joined the firm, Michael worked for an investment bank in equity and credit research roles with a primary sector focus on infrastructure.
