Michael Schniering is topic expert on Digital Transformation at Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of the Consumer, Telecommunications, and Technology Advantage practices.

At BCG, Michael leads high impact consulting projects for consumer facing businesses, focusing mainly on the consumer, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. He has taken the lead on multiple projects identifying and building new businesses with an emphasis on digital, data, and technology. He has also worked with clients on transformation of channel and operations to drive better customer experience—across both sales and service delivery.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael led multiple transformation projects across both business and technology in a range of industries including mining, airlines, financial services, telecommunications, and the public sector.
