Michael Sticklen is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization and Technology practices. Since joining the firm in 2014, Michael has accumulated deep international experience in operating model & organization design, operational excellence, and talent strategy. In addition, he has worked with clients across industries on large-scale transformation, M&A in both PMIs and pre-close due diligences, and front and back-office redesign.

Before joining BCG, Michael worked in corporate strategy and operations for Lennox International in Dallas.
