Miguel Carrasco joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2000. He is the lead for DigitalBCG in the Public Sector, and specializes in digital transformation of government and public-service delivery. He has experience in customer journeys, Agile@Scale transformations, advanced data and analytics for policy and delivery, and BCG’s digital transformation accelerator offering.

Miguel has developed strategies, operating models, business cases, and implementation plans for major change and reform projects. He has worked with a range of clients on customer service, one-stop shops, efficiency and effectiveness reviews, and organization design.

Since joining BCG, Miguel has worked on a number of large-scale technology-driven strategy and business transformations in social services, disability, communications, treasury and finance, immigration, and defense, and across a range of private-sector industries, including banking, consumer goods, and industrial goods.

Miguel is a member of the Institute of Public Administration and the Australian Computer Society. Before joining BCG, he was a member of the strategy practice at Andersen Consulting.
