Mike Lear is a leader at BCG BrightHouse, Boston Consulting Group’s independent global creative consultancy that works with brands to excavate their true business purpose, and helps activate and embed that purpose throughout the organization.

Mike is the driving force behind BrightHouse’s creative projects and sits on the management team in North America, working on a diverse group of initiatives across the company. He has over two decades of experience leading top-tier ad agencies and has multiple global award show accolades (including multiple Silver Pencils in the One Show in 2006, a Cannes Lion Finalist in 2011, and mentions from AdWeek and the New York Times). In addition to his work at BrightHouse, Mike serves as a teacher, lecturer, and jury member at events globally.

Before joining the firm, Mike was EVP/Executive Creative Director at EP+ SVP, Creative Director at The Martin Agency, an Adjunct Professor at VCU Brandcenter, a Senior Copywriter for Crispin Porter Bogusky, an Instructor at The Creative Circus, a Senior Copywriter for WestWayne, and a Copywriter at Huey/Paprocki.
