Milan Wadher is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice, and a member of the marketplace and ecommerce team. He has over 20 years of experience in food and non-food retail businesses.

Since joining BCG in 2019, Milan has worked with retailers globally on e-marketplace strategies, logistics and fulfillment strategies, end-to-end supply chain optimization, post-merger integration, commercial due diligence, and performance improvement, among other engagements.

Before joining the firm, Milan was European Network Design Director at Amazon, delivering the strategy, design, and execution of Amazon’s European network accountable for faster and cheaper deliveries to customers. Before Amazon, he worked at Ahold, Dixons Retail, and Tesco.com.
