Mitch Kirby is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice focused on commercial biopharma, with particular expertise in go-to-market strategy. Mitch works with biopharma clients on sales force strategy, novel commercial models, advanced analytics, brand and portfolio strategy, and corporate development.

Since joining BCG in 2018, he has led several high-profile due diligence efforts and commercial transformations.

Before joining the firm, Mitch spent multiple years with Booz & Company’s health care practice, worked on health care investments at GE Ventures, and was the CEO & Co-Founder of TransparentCareer (Acquired by Relish, Inc.).
