Mohammed Ajmal is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Transform practices. He has significant experience working with financial institutions clients on large-scale transformations, operating model and organization design efforts, technology function assessments and redesigns, and cost improvement projects.
In his work at BCG, Mohammed has advised senior executives at leading North American banks and wealth management companies on holistic profitability efforts, culture transformations, strategic efforts to stand up new business units, and other topics.
Before joining BCG, Mohammed was a technical lead at IBM Canada in their Software Development Lab, leading a team of developers in the design and implementation of a transaction processing product.
