Mohammed Ajmal is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's global Financial Institutions (FI) practice . He has significant experience working with FI clients in large-scale transformations, operating model and organization design efforts, technology function assessments and redesign, and cost improvement projects.

In his work at BCG, Mohammed has advised senior executives at a leading North American bank on how to deliver a culture transformation, leading to improved employee experience and a higher-functioning organization. He has also worked directly with C-suite executives at a leading Canadian bank to design and initiate a holistic bank-wide transformation.

Before joining BCG, Mohammed was a technical lead at IBM Canada in their Software Development Lab, leading a team of developers in the design and implementation of a transaction processing product.
