Moritz Kordes joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy, Health Care, and Industrial Goods practices at the firm. Moritz is currently focusing on strategy development, transactions, and full potential plans, specifically at the intersection of health care and industrial goods.

As a member of the firm’s European Corporate Finance & Strategy Task Force, Moritz has extensive experience in corporate and business unit strategy, divestments, and acquisitions. His recent work includes vendor due diligences, business plan developments, and carve-outs. He has also supported several buy-side efforts for corporate and private equity clients.
