Moritz Naumann is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Tech & Digital Advantage practice focused on AI-first strategy and enterprise transformation. He works with senior executives to redesign business models, operating models, and commercial capabilities to build AI-enabled, digital-first organizations.
Moritz's work centers on translating AI and GenAI into measurable business impact—from defining enterprise AI roadmaps and capability builds to scaling AI-enabled digital platforms and new revenue streams. He has led large-scale transformation programs that have improved performance across marketing, sales, service, and operations, particularly in industrial goods and technology companies.
Moritz is the firm’s global lead for extended reality (XR), with a focus on B2B and industrial applications. His work explores how XR and AI drive productivity gains, workforce enablement, remote operations, and efficiency improvements across complex industrial environments.
Prior to joining BCG in 2022, he was Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy and Vice President Business Operations at Robert Bosch GmbH. He also co-founded an IoT startup and built an open IoT platform and ecosystem for the building technology industry.
