As a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice, Mrin Nayak leads the firm's work in fashion and luxury (apparel, footwear, sportswear, luxury, accessories, department stores, and specialty fashion retail) for North America. She works with leading corporates and private equity firms on topics including value creation strategy, growth strategy, customer insight, merchandising, transformation, digital and AI, and cost excellence. She has recently worked with clients in specialty retail, department stores, apparel, footwear, accessories, luxury and beauty.
Before coming to BCG, Mrin was Associate Vice President for Consumer M&A Investment Banking at Barclays.
