Nadjia Yousif is a core member of the Technology Advantage and Financial Institutions practice areas at Boston Consulting Group. Her work focuses on technology-enabled strategy, organization, and change management for the banking, payments, and insurance sectors.
Nadjia has deep experience supporting clients as they assess the business value and operating model implications of emerging technologies and trends such as advanced analytics, robotic process automation (RPA), distributed ledgers, and open architecture. She is a lead on BCG cross-industry topic team for Blockchain and part of the core global team on advanced analytics for Financial Institutions. Nadjia is also the head of Diversity & Inclusion for BCG in the UK, and a passionate advocate for diversity in the workplace as well as women in STEM subjects. She has been recognized for her work within BCG and beyond, having placed on the HERoes 100 Women Executives List 2019.
Nadjia joined BCG in 2004 in US and re-joined the firm in 2009 in London. She also worked for several years at UBS Wealth Management in New York.
