Naoto Kubo initially joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He rejoined the firm in 2012, after working at Advantage Partners, a Japanese private equity firm. He is a core member of the firm's Financial Institutions, Consumer, and People and Organization practices.

Naoto has worked closely with clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, consumer goods, and transportation. Much of his work involves implementation of business strategies, reorganization, group management, digital transformation, post-merger integration (PMI), and marketing.

Prior to joining BCG, Naoto Kubo also worked for Mizuho Financial Group.
