Naoto Kubo initially joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He rejoined the firm in 2012, after working at Advantage Partners, a Japanese private equity firm. He leads BCG’s Financial Institutions practice in Japan, and is a core member of the People & Organization practice.
Naoto works closely with clients mostly in financial services. Much of his work involves implementation of business strategies, transformation, group management, digital transformation, and post-merger integration (PMI).
Prior to first joining BCG, Naoto worked for Mizuho Financial Group.
