Naoto Kubo initially joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003. He rejoined the firm in 2012, after working at Advantage Partners, a Japanese private equity firm. He is a coleader of BCG’s People & Organization practice in Japan, and a core member of the firm's Financial Institutions practice.
Naoto has worked closely with clients mostly in financial services. Much of his work involves implementation of business strategies, transformation, group management, digital transformation, and post-merger integration (PMI).
Prior to joining BCG in 2003, Naoto Kubo worked for Mizuho Financial Group.
