Nicholas Craig joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018. He is a founding member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice for London, and leads the firm’s transformation work for digital products and services.

Nick focuses on the evaluation of product strategy, R&D, infrastructure capabilities, and technology commercials in M&A for software companies, information services businesses, and online marketplaces. He has led product-centric and software-centric client engagements in the UK, Europe, Argentina, and the US.

Nick is an experienced enterprise architect, having worked on projects in tech in M&A, engineering function revamps, digital and data platform architecture, and comprehensive IT planning. He has held senior roles on large-scale IT projects, gotten a variety of digital products to market, and advised private equity on some of Europe's largest software deals.

Before joining the firm, Nick was Product Development Director at Wave Digital.
