He focuses on B2B pricing and marketing, and sales optimization—especially for B2B services. Nicolas also works with clients on commercial excellence, pricing model and strategy, commercial excellence transformation, pricing in industrial goods, pricing in turnarounds, and digital data and service offerings. He has worked with IT companies, private equity-owned companies, chemicals, automotive, food services, and hydro services, among others.
