Nirav Kathrani is a core member of BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit, where he builds solutions for clients at the intersection of AI and marketing. Nirav specializes in agentic AI systems, customer personalization, and large-scale digital transformations. He joined the firm in 2016.
Nirav has deployed AI platforms for major brands and currently leads the product, AI, and technology teams driving BCG’s agentic marketing capabilities, which includes a comprehensive library of agents, agentic workflows, and proprietary accelerators.
Nirav gained expertise in his previous experience in software engineering, multi-agent swarm robotics, and technology consulting, specifically as a data science/tech consultant at The Hartford, and a software engineer at General Dynamics Electric Boat.
