Nor Azah Razali joined Boston Consulting Group in 2000. She is a core group member of the firm’s People & Organization and Public Sector practices. She is also a topic expert in Southeast Asia insight and has deep experience in agency transformation.

Nor Azah advises BCG clients in the public sector of Malaysia and the broader region of Southeast Asia. She has consulted on various topics ranging from large-scale transformation to human capital development and industry restructuring in areas such as industrial goods, education, and infrastructure. She has completed projects with the Malaysian government—for example, under the national Economic Transformation Program—with the goal of elevating the country to developed-nation status by 2020.

Before joining BCG, Nor Azah was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in Singapore. She is a qualified advocate and solicitor in Malaysia, having been called to the Malaysian bar.
