Ouassima El Bouri

Ouassima El Bouri is a senior member of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy practice and BCG Vantage. She is also affiliated with the firm's Transactions & Integrations team, focused on transactions/M&A, post-merger integration, and carve-outs, as well as buy-side and target search advisory.

Ouassima joined BCG in November 2024 after more than three years of experience with PwC’s Valuation and Business Modeling teams. In that role, she worked on valuation engagements across M&A, impairment testing, tax valuation, and purchase price allocation contexts. She has worked on projects across Morocco, broader Africa, and Europe

At BCG, Ouassima has supported strategy, business planning, and financial modeling projects across Morocco, Africa, and the Middle East. Her experience spans industrial zones, smart city developments, real estate, fertilizers, and M&A monetization, with a focus on business case development, economic modeling, scenario analysis, and investor-facing materials.
