Patrick Fried is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods and Transform practices. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has focused on supporting clients in the machinery and engineered products space.
Patrick works with industrial companies on large-scale transformation and value creation programs. His work covers cost reduction, performance improvement, operating model redesign, and full-potential plans. He has particular experience helping clients translate strategic ambition into measurable impact, organizational changes, and executable transformation plans.
