Paul Duerloo is a leader of Boston Consulting Group's Global Advantage practice in Japan and a core member of the firm's Energy practice.

Paul has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant across Asia and is equally experienced working with blue-chip Japanese and Asian companies and Western multinationals. He works closely with clients in a variety of industries including energy, industrial goods, and chemicals. His recent experience includes new business development, globalization strategy, marketing, organizational transformation, supply chain management, and innovation. Paul teaches entrepreneurship at the MBA program of Shizenkan University.

Before joining BCG, Paul was a vice president and managing director at Booz and a field engineer at Royal Dutch Shell.
