Paul Pierson is a managing director of BrightHouse, a Boston Consulting Group company. BrightHouse is a global creative consultancy that pioneered the practice of helping organizations uncover their timeless purpose to grow their people, profits, and social impact.
At BrightHouse, Paul works with clients from around the world in the technology, financial services, and travel and tourism industries. He focuses on advancing the firm’s design thinking and branding capabilities. Since joining BCG, Paul has increased awareness of BrightHouse in the key growth areas of public sector and federal government work, as well as increasing its geographic reach through partnering with the BCG Tokyo office to bring purpose to Japanese corporations.
Paul previously worked as managing partner at a boutique branding agency in New York where he built digital and brand strategy capabilities around a core design-driven philosophy.
