Peter Röckert leads Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice in Sweden and is a core member of the firm’s global Principal Investors & Private Equity practice. Peter joined BCG in 2020, bringing 12 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on strategy, digital transformation, commercial and sales excellence, and transactions. He has extensive experience from retail banking and corporate and investment (CIB)/wholesale banking, and private equity. With his private equity clients, Peter focuses on transactions and portfolio acceleration in the financial and business services, and tech sectors.

In his recent work at the firm, Peter led the digital transformation and build of a new digital retail banking solution for leading Nordic universal bank, developed the corporate strategy for a leading Nordic wholesale bank, and created the value proposition redesign and (digital) channel strategy for personal banking customers for a leading Nordic universal bank.
