Pramod Prasad is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice. He is currently focusing on cost optimization and efficiency improvement for financial services clients, including payments companies, banks, fintechs, and asset managers.
Pramod joined the firm in 2018. His recent engagements including leading the operational transformation for a large payments company, conducting a rapid diagnostic for a payments processor identifying 15% cost efficiencies, and identifying and driving more than $100 million in efficiencies for a state government client.
Prior to joining BCG, Pramod worked in the pharmaceutical industry in India, serving in an internal strategy role at a biopharmaceutical company.
