Puso Thahane joined Boston Consulting Group in November 2024 as a core member of the Industrial Goods practice. He supports metals and mining companies across Africa, the US, and Europe. Puso has experience driving large-scale transformations, optimizing operational performance, and shaping forward-thinking strategies.
At BCG, Puso specializes in guiding clients through complex operational performance improvements and end-to-end digital and analytics transformations (from design to deployment), and embedding sustainable ESG (environmental, social, and governance) strategies into their operations to ensure long-term value creation.
Before joining BCG, Puso was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Prior to his consulting career, he worked as a corporate attorney at Bowmans, specializing in M&A and advising on cross-border transactions and post-merger integration strategies.
