Raffael Kazda is the lead for BCG Platinion's Financial Services practice in Central Europe. Platinion is a division of Boston Consulting Group focused on IT implementation and risk management services. Raffael is an expert in IT strategy, IT application landscape, IT processes, and organizational development, as well as large-scale IT transformations.

He has led recent client engagements with banks and other financial institutions across Europe on agile restructuring, core system modernization, program progress transparency, development and implementation of measures for project recovery, and IT strategy development and design, among many others.

Raffael previously worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG in Advisory, Information Risk Management.
