Raghu Krovvidi is a senior technology leader at Boston Consulting Group and a member of the Health Care practice. He has more than 25 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation, leveraging technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and platform modernization to help Fortune 50 organizations unlock significant business value through the adoption of cloud, AI, and advanced analytics. Over the course of his career, Raghu has consistently translated complex technology initiatives into measurable outcomes, including generating over $500 million in business value and significantly improving speed-to-market and operational efficiency.

At BCG, Raghu's current focus is on developing omnichannel enterprise agents and agentic software for clients. He advises senior executives and boards on digital strategy, AI enablement, and enterprise transformation, and has led end-to-end programs covering ecommerce acceleration, data and AI strategy, and large-scale cloud migrations while building AI centers of excellence and modern operating models to drive sustained impact.

Raghu has in-depth expertise in omnichannel customer experience, marketing, supply chain, and sales transformation. He also plays a key role in M&A technology due diligence and post-merger integration, helping private equity and corporate clients unlock value through strategic technology investments and portfolio transformation.

Prior to joining BCG, Raghu held senior leadership roles in engineering and architecture, including Principal Architect at Perficient and Head of Engineering & Architecture at Liquidity Services, where he managed large-scale platforms, global teams, and multimillion dollar technology portfolios.
