Ramsey Baker is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice specializing in travel and tourism. He has functional expertise in all aspects of operations and advanced analytics. Ramsey currently leads digital airline operations for North America.

At BCG, Ramsey has led numerous engagements on a wide range of topics including digital strategy, resource planning, network optimization, cost restructuring, operating model design, and supply chain optimization. He also has deep experience in digital transformations—helping clients identify, develop, and embed advanced analytics use cases to transform business processes in commercial and operational functions.

Prior to joining BCG, Ramsey worked at Accenture supporting consumer clients on their technology transformations.
