Rémi Seners is a member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group with a focus on retail. He has worked with many of the largest food and non-food retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies in Europe, Asia, and North America on strategy, growth acceleration, and performance improvement programs.

In his strategy and growth acceleration work, Rémi has worked with retailers and CPGs on M&A strategy, organization redesign, omnichannel strategy, new store formats, pricing and promotions optimization, and more. In his performance improvement engagements, he has worked on vendor negotiations, supply chain optimization, and post-merger integration in consumer goods, apparel, and food and beverage.

Before joining the firm, Rémi was a principal at Oliver Wyman and assistant brand manager at the Dannon Company.
