Rick Lewis is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practice with a focus on travel and tourism. He has worked with numerous airlines, hotels, leisure businesses, and sports leagues, focusing on leveraging digital to improve performance in operations and commercial functions. He has led client engagements across commercial strategy and transformation, operational improvement, digital and data strategy, personalization, and product development.
Before joining the firm, Rick worked at the National Football League (NFL) in London on the league's UK expansion strategy, including the fan experience of the International Series games in London. He also worked at Hotels.com, developing their customer and loyalty strategy.
