A seasoned operator and investor advisor with more than 25 years of experience, Riddhish has a strong track record of driving EBITDA growth and sustained enterprise value creation across private equity–backed and public companies. Having held multiple C-suite roles with full P&L responsibility, he has helped generate over $25 billion in enterprise value through large-scale performance improvement initiatives, complex M&A transactions, and rigorous end-to-end execution. His leadership experience spans interim executive roles, portfolio-wide value creation programs, enterprise turnarounds, and restructurings.
Riddhish’s industry experience is broad, including aerospace and defense, automotive and transportation, construction and building services, consumer and industrial products, entertainment and media, financial and business services, food and beverage, gaming and hospitality, health care and medical devices, real estate and development, retail and grocery, and technology and telecommunications.
He has in-depth expertise in financial and operational transformation, with demonstrated impact in SG&A optimization, manufacturing and distribution footprint redesign, supply chain transformation, strategic and business planning, commercial acceleration, pricing and sales effectiveness, and liquidity and cash flow management. He has led numerous pre- and post-merger integrations, carve-outs and stand-alone separations, exit readiness programs, restructurings and liquidations, and interim leadership engagements—covering the full M&A lifecycle from diligence and synergy modeling through integration and exit.
