Rishi Garg is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Energy and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices. He supports energy clients in North America and globally to develop competitive value creation strategies, including total shareholder return (TSR), and to sustainably capture the value in a consistent, disciplined, and predictable way.
Since joining BCG in September 2014, Rishi has led a wide variety of projects including creation of a TSR strategy for a global independent upstream operator, design of the continuous improvement program for an integrated oil and gas supermajor at the enterprise level, and a large-scale transformation of a North American independent upstream operator.
