Robert Xu is a core member of BCG X and Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. He works with clients on retail pricing and promotions, markdown, personalized deals, category management, supplier negotiation, end-to-end supply chain, and omnichannel. Robert’s approach to these topics combines strategy, advanced analytics/AI, and production-grade solutions. In addition, he has experience in upstream energy, algorithmic marketing, and fleet optimization.

Prior to joining BCG, Robert worked at Procter & Gamble UK for six years in various positions involving commercial strategies and launches, channel strategies, pricing and promotions, UK retailer relationship, and demand planning.
