Ruslan Askerov is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Tech & Digital Advantage and People & Organization practices, with a focus on improving commercial performance, productivity, and decision-making through advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI.
Ruslan aims to help leaders turn their various AI pilots into enterprise value through end-to-end AI solutions, building and deploying AI products, designing AI and analytics operating models, AI enablement and workflow redesign, ecommerce and conversion, and personalization and customer analytics.
He has worked with a diverse set of clients, including in health care, industrial goods, tourism, and professional services. He joined the firm in August 2020. Before attending University of Virginia, Ruslan was a professional athlete (volleyball), and played in the Russian Super League for several teams.
