Ryan Curley joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice area and serves on the North American Retail Banking Leadership team. He is also a core member of the Operations practice area. Ryan has deep expertise in comprehensive cost transformation efforts for retail and commercial banking clients, covering org design, process transformation, postmerger integration, operating model strategy, and more. He also serves on BCG’s Career Development Committee.

In his recent work at BCG, Ryan has led credit and cost transformations for leading regional banks and provided strategic integration support. He also has extensive experience in b2b information services including growth strategy, target operating model, and strategic due diligence.
