Ryosuke Torii is a co-leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice in Japan and a global leader of the Integrated Power team within that practice. He is also a core member of the firm’s Corporate Finance & Strategy and Operations practices. He joined BCG in 2004 and was seconded to Japan’s Ministry of Finance from 2011 to 2013.
Over the course of his career, Ryosuke has worked primarily with clients in the energy, utilities, and transportation industries. His recent experience includes developing business strategies, business management, trading structure development, scenario planning, cost reduction, organizational transformation, alliances, business turnaround, and digital transformation.
