Companies must begin treating the department as a strategic business partner instead of a service provider—fundamentally changing their mindset.
Companies have a choice: either transform IT to be able to work closely with business units in developing products and services or focus IT on its governance role.
These two complementary technologies are the brawn and brains of performance. Companies can gain quick wins through RPA while strategically introducing AI for sustainable benefits.
Simplifying IT is an essential task for any IT organization that wants to stay competitive. It is also a critical foundation of digital transformation.
